You will work directly with clients, have a say in how things are built, and nobody will ask you to sit through a meeting that could have been an email. Remote working
We are async-first internally. No expectation to be online at specific hours or to reply to every message immediately. Clients sometimes have different cadences and we are flexible about working to theirs, but day to day you manage your own time.
